For this segment, we generally work independently, we believe each other will have the required reading done, and based on that we were open to answer any questions that have risen. To be honest, more work could have been done, but it is better that we have an experience to unwind and casually go about advancing, rather than wearing ourselves down with strict structure and rigorous guidelines.
